Our approach

We want reviews to be honest. Every review we show or link to was written by a real client about their own experience.

What we do

• We may invite every client to leave a review. We never invite only those we expect to be positive.
• We never write, buy or commission reviews, and we never offer rewards or discounts for reviews.
• We do not hide, edit or remove genuine reviews because they are negative.
• Our team do not review the practice, and we ask friends and family not to either.
• Where we show a rating or a quote, we show where it came from and when.

Responding to reviews

We may reply to reviews publicly, but we never share clinical details about a pet or owner in a reply. If you have a concern, our complaints process is the quickest way to get it resolved.
