What happens in a consultation
Your vet will ask about your pet's history, examine them nose to tail, and talk you through what they find and the options, with costs, before anything is done.
A standard first consultation lasts 15 minutes. If your pet needs longer, we will tell you before booking.
Same-day appointments
We keep appointments free every day for pets who are unwell. Call as early as you can and we will see you that day during opening hours.
