- Send the RCVS your practice details and a named compliance contact.
- A form, not a website change, but the first date on the calendar.
By 22 March 2027, independent vet practices across the UK need their prices and practice information on their website. We check your site against every item and make the edits for you.
Want it to look better and be easier to find while we are in there? That is the Website Refresh.
The Veterinary Services Market Investigation Order 2026 was made on 22 September 2026. For a practice with fewer than 15 sites it lands in three steps, and the big one for your website is 22 March 2027.

Practice prices will feed the RCVS Find a Vet service, and gov.uk guidance says that data can be shared with approved third parties who may build comparison sites. That makes it easier for pet owners to compare on price and on what is included.
When the CMA looked in May 2025, more than 40% of practices showed no prices online at all.
We cannot promise new clients. We make your practice easy to choose.
Tell us your website and we read it against each 22 March 2027 website item, then send you a one-page summary of what is in place and what is still to do. No charge, no obligation.
Tick what your site has today. Nothing is sent anywhere; it just helps you see what is still to do before 22 March 2027.
This is the real thing, not a picture of it: the full price page we build, live, on a fictional practice. Pick a pet to see just its prices, search any service, then switch to the practice view and change a price yourself.
"Prices" in the menu and in the page title, so owners and search engines find it.
Named as the CMA names them, with cat and dog weight bands where prices vary.
Tick boxes for dental, castration and spay, so there are fewer surprises at the desk.
Click a price, type the new one, done. The "last updated" date moves on its own.
Start with what your site needs, not what we would like to sell. Not sure? The free Readiness Check tells you which.
£495 one-off
Your site works. You want every CMA item checked and put in place on it.
£1,495 one-off
Your site does the job underneath but looks dated or is hard to use on a phone.
Care & Growth, £249 a month. Optional, with any option. Hosting and security, price updates when you need them, a quarterly price review, changes as the CMA and RCVS publish guidance, and a short monthly report.
We read your current site against each website item and send a one-page summary.
We go through it together and agree which option fits.
Pages mapped to the Order, in your practice's voice, using your prices.
You check every price and clinical line before anything goes live.
Launch, then kept up to date if you add Care & Growth.
Clear lines, so nothing clinical or commercial leaves your hands.
We add the wording you give us or approve; you check anything legal. We are a web studio, not a law firm. We build from the published Order, and your team signs off the content.
The questions practice owners and managers ask us first.
Ask them which of the 22 March 2027 items they cover, and by when. The suppliers we have looked at each cover one part, for example booking confirmations. We map every item and fill the gaps alongside them.
They are good tools, and we use the official Schedule 1 format too. But the price list is one of around nine website items, and someone still has to do the rest and keep it current.
Yes. The duties depend on how many practices you run (fewer than 15 counts as small), not your legal form. The group or trading name item applies only if you run two or more practices.
The Order and its schedules are already published, and the explainer will not move the date. Starting now leaves time for your team to review prices properly. We check our work against the explainer when it lands.
No. Nothing in the Order applies to a small practice before 22 March 2027. The useful question is what is not yet in place ahead of that date.
Your team edits prices directly and signs them off, and our terms say the practice owns price accuracy. The Care & Growth add-on includes a quarterly price review with you.
Keep it. Audit & Edit (£495) checks it against every item and makes the edits on your existing site.
If your site works and you are happy with it, Audit & Edit (£495). If it works but looks dated or is awkward on a phone, Website Refresh (£1,495). The free Readiness Check tells you which. A Full Website Rebuild (£2,995) is there for later, when you are ready.

Fulcrum is run by Aaron. We build and look after websites for small businesses, and this offer is built only for independent vet practices, wherever they are in the UK.
You won't find client logos here yet. Instead you get the published Order, a free check on your own site, fixed prices from £495, so you can judge the work before you spend much.
