Who we are
This site is run by Fulcrum Solutions, West London ("Fulcrum", "we"). Fulcrum is the controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, practice name, role (optional), email address, anything you add in the notes, and the time you pick. If you arrived from a link in a Readiness Check we sent your practice, the booking also carries an anonymous reference so we can match it to that check, and a short label for the page you booked from.
Why, and on what basis
To arrange the call you asked for and follow up about it. The lawful basis is steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
How long we keep it
Bookings are deleted automatically within 6 months of the call, unless you choose to work with us.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps the Readiness Check reference in your browser tab's session storage while you browse, so a booking made later still matches it. That clears when you close the tab.
Who else sees it
No one else. The site and bookings are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the data for us. We never sell or share your details.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Reply to any email from Aaron, or add a note to a booking, and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office .
